The Pawnee Nation Flag has been lowered for the passing of Kitkehahki Tribal Member, Robert Dean Shilling. Mr. Shilling was born January 11, 1955, and returned to the stars on February 23, 2025. Arrangements will be made with the Poteet Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Pawnee, OK, we will keep you updated with more information.
