Services

Victim Services

Based on a strengths perspective, the program provides services such as case management, emergency shelter services, court accompaniment and advocacy, 24-hour crisis intervention, information/referrals, and development and distribution of relevant materials.

Criminal Justice Intervention

Legal Assistance is offered to all victims of domestic and dating violence, stalking, and sexual assault regardless of race, and live in Pawnee County. We assist people with going to court and preparing documents for hearings. The project will undertake activities necessary to implement enhanced sentencing.

Prevention

Individualized domestic violence education classes (not assessments), training and outreach activities are offered and developed.

You Can Help

Chances are you know a woman who is in a violent relationship -a friend, co-worker or family member. Reach out to her. Letting her know that you are concerned can break through the stigma, isolation, shame, and denial of domestic violence. Speaking up against domestic violence tells abusers and the rest of the community that domestic violence is unacceptable. Volunteers are always needed, please contact our program for more details. Donate
