Pawnee Business Council - Press Release The Pawnee County Storm Victims Assistance

The Pawnee Business Council held an Emergency Meeting today, September 20th, in which they approved Resolution #24-56 State of Emergency Declaration and Resolution #24-57 ARPA Allocation (Pawnee County Storm Victims Assistance).

The Pawnee County Storm Victims Assistance will be in the form of a $250 visa card. To be eligible for this assistance, the Tribal Member must be a resident of Pawnee County, 18 years and older, provide an ID as well as a bill that matches the Tribal Members name to confirm the address. This assistance is ONE PER HOUSEHOLD.

Pawnee Nation Hosts Town Hall to Discuss Upcoming Behavioral Health Facility

This past week, Pawnee Nation held a Town Hall at the local community center to provide updates on the new Behavorial Health Facility currently under construction. The event, which drew about 40 community members of all ages, featured a meal provided by Electa Hare, Iriratutakicisu (“I-dee-daa-doo-daa-kee-chee-soo”) Initiative Coordinator.
