Chief’s Day with the Nasharo Council

The Pawnee Nation Cultural Resource Division (CRD) hosted a Chief’s Day luncheon and lecture today with several Resaru from the current Nasharo Council ✨️✨️
The event opened with a prayer, a meal, and the sounds of laughter and conversation from more than forty attendees at the Museum of the Pawnee Nation in Pawnee.
CRD Director Herb Adson introduced Nasharo Council Head Chief Pat LeadingFox. LeadingFox and other Resaru spoke about their community responsibilities as Resaru and the traditional government’s connections to the Pawnee Constitution and law.
