The Division of Tribal Operations provides property management services for Tribal workers through its Division of Tribal Operations management plan. Property management services include the following.

• Cleaning
• Ground maintenance
• Utilities
• Building systems
• Equipment maintenance

Although a majority of the Tribal workforce are housed in buildings owned by Pawnee Nation, a substantial number are located in the former Pawnee Industrial School, called "Gravy U" that operates under the banner of Pawnee Nation College.
