The storm cellar that you see here and a small foundation at the edge of the woods, is all that is left of a two-story, wood frame house used as the quarters for the school farmer.  This man was responsible for raising food crops used at the school to feed students.  In all likelihood, this position was always held by someone from the Pawnee tribe.
