The Pawnee Nation Flag is lowered for the passing of Skidi Tribal Member, Joy Kathryn Gover White. Mrs. Gover White was born January 12, 1941, and returned to the stars on June 2, 2025. Arrangements are being made with Poteet’s Funeral Home in Pawnee, OK.
