The Division of Property Management is under the direct supervision of the Executive Office. Property Management has the authority and responsibility for the management of maintenance, preservation, operations, and security of Tribal assets. Property Management does so in a manner that provides for preservation, protection, and care consistent with the Nation's operational needs and that accomplish overall government objectives. The management of operations and maintenance of assets, and operational systems must:

• Be cost effective and energy efficient;
• Be adequate to meet the Division of Property Management missions;
• Meet Tribal and/or nationally recognized standards; and
• Be at an appropriate level to maintain and preserve the Tribal assets, consistent with available funding.

Tribal Buildings

Tribal Buildings offer many amenities favorable for community and personal gatherings. Locations for rent include the RoundHouse, the Community Building, the Campgrounds, the Multi-Purpose facility, the Wellness Center and the Roam Chief Event Center. For details, please call (918) 762-2273
