Adult Employment & Training Services/ 477 Programs
The Pawnee Nation has integrated employment, training, and related services through Public Law 102-477 to serve the Native American population in our service area. All departments administered by the 477 staff target the economically disadvantaged, unemployed, or underemployed. Applicants must provide:
- Photo identification card
- Social security card
- Certificate Degree of Blood (CDIB)
- Verification of residence
- Proof of Income
Employment Component
Workforce Services consist of work experience and on the job training in coordination with job etiquette, resume development, and other activities that enhance employability. Other services offered: short-term training classes, vocational training, and short courses. All participants must complete an application and verification process for eligibility.
