Principals House
The largest of the three wood frame buildings in the historic district, this house was completed as part of an extensive construction expansion in 1909. The work also included frame barns and poultry houses, sheds, a coal house, a root cellar, three concrete caves, and four employee residences.
The house was damaged by a man-made earthquake in 2014. Beyond repair, the house was demolished and all that remains is the foundation.
