ZERO TOLERANCE FOR VERBAL AND/OR WRITTEN ABUSE & THREATS TO EMPLOYEES

Here at the Pawnee Nation, we sympathize with our tribal and community members dealing with the stress and hardships we all are living with currently. We have made every effort to protect and serve our tribal members and employees in these uncertain times. It has come to our attention we have had employees being harassed, threatened, and bullied verbally, in writing, and physically. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Also, any comments that exhibit the above behavior on the Pawnee Nation’s Social Media Pages gives the Pawnee Nation the right to remove them. If you choose to attack the Pawnee Nation employees that provide you all the services allowed, you will not be afforded any services from the Pawnee Nation. All attacks will also be directed to the proper authorities for action. We pride ourselves at the Pawnee Nation on being a safe workplace and will not tolerate any employees being abused or attacked.
