The Pawnee Nation and Veterans Flag has been lowered for the passing of Skidi- Pumpkin Vine Tribal Member, Willard Louis Pratt Sr. Mr. Pratt, an army veteran, was born May 23, 1938, and returned to the stars on March 12, 2025. Arrangements are being made with the Poteet Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Pawnee, OK.
