In accordance with Pawnee Nation Title 19 – Administrative Procedures Act
The Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma hereby announces the posting of the proposed revisions to the Pawnee Nation General Revenue and Taxation Act (Act) for public review and comment, pursuant to Title 19 – Administrative Procedures Act. This process ensures that all updates to Nation law are carried out with fairness, transparency, and respect for our community’s voice.
Public Comment Period
The proposed Act will be available for a 30-day public review, beginning July 17, 2026, and ending on August 17th at 5 PM CST.
