Need Utility Assistance? Limited CSBG Funds Available
Utility assistance funding through the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) is still available, but funds are limited.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in Pawnee County, City of Yale, or Stillwater.
- Must be Native American (verified by CDIB or Tribal Membership Card).
- Provide proof of income meeting DHS poverty guidelines.
- Cannot have received LIHEAP Assistance through DHS.
- Priority is given to elders, individuals with disabilities, and families with children under age 8.
