GUIDELINES
– Open to Pawnee Nation Citizens
– One meat pack per 19+-year-old adult
– Must show Pawnee Nation Citizenship (provide CDIB or Form 4432)
– Must pick up in-person (provisions being made for homebound elders)
– Cannot pick up for anyone else
– Must fill out self-certification needs application
