The Pawnee Nation Flag has been lowered for the passing of Pitahawirata & Kitkehahki Tribal Member, Lisa Gay Norman. Ms. Norman was born December 3, 1960, and returned to the stars on April 24, 2025. Arrangements are being made with Poteet Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Pawnee, OK.
