The Pawnee Nation and Veterans Flags has been lowered for the passing of Kitkehahki Tribal Member, Joseph James Hawkins Sr. Mr. Hawkins, an army veteran, was born October 28, 1954, and returned to the stars on May 19, 2025. Arrangements are being made with Poteets Funeral Home in Pawnee, OK.
His wake services will begin tonight at 7pm at Roam Chief (810 Morris Rd) and his funeral services will be Thursday May 22nd at 10am at Roam Chief.
