National Recovery Month Open House
National Recovery Month Open House
The Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health Facility welcomed the community onto their campus Tuesday, the 29th of September for their National Recovery Month Open House. During this time the community was given a tour, introduced to their team, and was able to learn a little more about what programs and support the facility offers.
National recovery month takes place every September to celebrate those in recovery and to raise awareness for mental health and substance use support. The theme for this year is “Recovery Happens Together.” This highlights how community, peer support, housing, and treatment providers build long-term resilience within communities.
