The election was carried out in accordance with the PN Election Act with 1 (one) protest that was filed during the protest period. The protest was not upheld, and the Election Commission is declaring the results of the votes submitted by the Pawnee Membership on April 11, 2020, as OFFICIAL results. This Certification has been forwarded to the Pawnee Business Council..

On April 11, 2020, the PN Election Commission carried out the Recall Election #2 for President James Whiteshirt and Council Seat #1 Sammye Kemble.
