Recruitment for vacant positions is administered by the Office of Human Resources of the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma. Vacant positions are advertised through local media and on the tribal website. Applications and resumes are accepted in person, by mail and by fax. The Office of Human Resources is located in Building 64 at 881 Little Dee Drive on the tribal reserve.

It is the policy of the Pawnee Nation to promote hiring the best qualified candidates, in order to provide the highest quality services to the people of the Pawnee Nation. It is additionally the policy of the Pawnee Nation to promote employment opportunities for qualified Pawnee Tribal Members and other qualified Native Americans.
APPLICATION
All individuals applying for employment must complete an official Pawnee Nation Employment Application form and sign a release of information form. The Employment Application form will solicit information from the applicant relating to education, experience, training, residence, and other pertinent information. Pawnee Nation Employment Application forms are available at the Pawnee Nation Office of Human Resources or may be downloaded from the this website. Applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the position’s closing date.

Upon successful completion of the 90 Day Introductory Period, full-time, regular status Pawnee Nation employees are eligible to receive life insurance, dental insurance, and 401k retirement benefits.
