Executive Cabinets Side with Indians in Pipeline Fight
The last issue of the Chaticks-si-Chaticks provided our discerning readers with an update on the saga of the Pawnee people and the Keystone XL Pipeline (KXL) in an article entitled Old Friends and Treaties Never Die. The article began in 1863 with a little known Treaty of Peace between the Yankton Sioux and the Pawnee people and ended exactly 150 years later in 2013 with a Treaty of Mutual Assistance in our struggle against the Keystone XL Pipeline intrusion into our historically significant and sacred areas.
